Can I get the item in a different color?
Please reach out to me for any custom requests. Most wood items can be painted another color. I use Rustoleum 2X and Krylon fusion paints . You are welcome to check out their site for current color swatches and reach out to me prior to ordering to see if I am able to make the color change for you. I want your item to fit in your home perfectly.
When will my item be ready to ship?
Over the past couple years I have been able to reduce my 2 week turn around time to the current processing time listed. It will take the whole time that is posted in most cases. I have a pretty solid routine with when I have help in the workshop and Shipping. As you can see I offer a range of handmade items that I love making...from sewing to etching to wood working... Based on orders- I sew one day a week - I etch and engrave water bottles one day, etc. This keeps the quality at its highest because the focus is one type of project. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering.... if you have a special occasion that you need your item for just please communicate with me prior and hopefully I can accommodate your special request.

I'm so disappointed in this entire interaction. My order was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I messaged on the 23rd because it wasn't here and I was ignored until I filed a complaint with ETSY 4 days later. They said there was a "mix up" and they "dropped the ball", but would ship by the 30th. I asked them to overnight it due to the baby being born basically any day now. They did. However, the quality is awful. The mitered edges don't match up. The paint job is not flush. One of the paint colors I chose was completely ignored. Just highly disappointed after what I paid for this and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Never received item! Never responded to messages. Created a shipping label but never shipping the item. I opened a case asking to still get the item but an immediate refund was issued instead. Took 6 weeks of waiting on item I really wanted to get to this point. Buyer beware!!!
